Wireless Connectivity for the Future

The National Science Foundation has announced a new achievement in its Platforms for Advanced Wireless Research (PAWR) efforts. In a collaboration with 28 networking companies and associations, NSF is working to help develop and deploy the first two PAWR research platforms, based in Salt Lake City and New York City. The ultimate goal of this endeavor is to enhance and surpass the capabilities of today’s 4G, LTE, and 5G wireless technology.
