The Jefferson Project uses network for Lake George research

The Jefferson Project at Lake George is working to complete the most powerful aquatic monitoring senor network in existence that researchers will use to better understand and protect the Lake George ecosystem. The project is a collaboration between Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, IBM Research and The FUND for Lake George. NYSERNet’s R&E network allows the three institutions to distribute data to one another.
